At FLiP.PK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Prior approval via email is mandatory before returning any item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  2. Custom or personalized products

  3. Personal care items (e.g., beauty, hygiene products)

  4. Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, batteries)

  5. Sale or discounted items

  6. Gift cards

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at flippkstoreinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the product securely to our Rawalpindi return address.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the product to verify compliance with our return conditions.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tax Adjustments:

  • Refunds will be adjusted based on applicable taxes in Pakistan:

    • 4% Government Sales Tax

    • 16% Additional Tax

  • If applicable, these amounts will be recalculated and reflected in your refund.

5. Replacement Warranty

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement within 1 day of receipt.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed under the above terms.

6. Special Provisions for EU Customers

  • Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of goods, as per EU consumer protection laws.

  • All other conditions, deductions, and non-returnable item rules still apply.

7. Exceptions & Disputes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

  • FLiP.PK reserves the right to make final decisions in cases of disputes.
